CW Motorsports’ RZR XP 1000 Remanufactured Engine comes complete with two new NGK spark plugs, break-in oil, oil cooler, intake boots (2014-23 models), oil filter, and applicable gaskets (exhaust gasket, water inlet gasket, stator cover gasket, oil cooler O-rings) – all included at no additional cost. Everything you need to replace that worn-out or blown engine and get back on the trail is conveniently shipped to your doorstep.

Step 2: We Ship Your Remanufactured Engine
Your engine is shipped in our custom packaging.
For certain rare/limited-supply engines, we may require your core before shipment (these engines are noted in their Additional Information section).
Step 3: Receive & Install
Unbox your remanufactured engine.
Keep the packaging, you’ll use it to return your old core.
Step 4: Return Your Core
Place your drained core in the same packaging.
Attach the prepaid FedEx return label (included in your shipment).
Drop off at any FedEx location within 10 business days.
Step 5: Avoid Core Charges Timely core-return helps keep prices low for everyone.
